Indoor swimming pools can be configured like outdoor pools or leisure pools with swimmer’s pools - preferably in 25 x 12.5 m - and non-swimmer’s pools with streaming channels, underwater spotlights, massage nozzles, loungers and benches, waterspouts and so on. In particular, customers and operators appreciate the absolutely leak-proof stainless steel pools that remain tight for unlimited periods and do not allow surrounding structures to become moist.
Increasingly, these advantages are also being used in the construction of hotel and private pools.
The short installation time guarantees fast construction combined with comparatively low construction costs for the stainless steel swimming pool.
Our swimming pool range also contains school and teaching swimming pools. The assembly is carried out with completely prefabricated wall elements of 6 m length which will be stringed and welded together to build a stainless steel pool. This modular design means that low-maintenance stainless steel pools can be easily built into existing facilities.
We pay special attention to the development of therapy and exercise pools. These pools are specially constructed for rehabilitation and treatment of the locomotory system and may be adapted perfectly to different therapeutic needs. The swimming pools have non-slip markings on the floor and guarantee stability when exercising in the pool.
Streaming pools are used in the professional sport field and rehabilitation. An adjustable stream is created in which the athlete or patient can undergo performance tests.
Construction of a new swimming pool:
When a new pool is built, the wall elements are placed into a concrete foundation, where they are anchored and supported with slanted elements.
In outdoor areas, the level is filled with ground soil up to the pool edge and a floor cover as required. Loungers, benches or niche ladders are integrated into the wall elements so they can be installed as prefabricated segments.
Restoration of swimming pools:
When it comes to renovating existing pools, cladding the walls is the first choice. This new 'skin' is flexible and extremely durable and gives old structures a new, lustrous shine that pays off and leaves nothing to be desired. e.s.m. GmbH has even given historical and listed public pools a new lease of life.
