Laser Cutting
We have recently added a modern laser cutting system (the TruLaser 3030) to our technical equipment to complete our specialised welding techniques. In this way, we guarantee the ultimate manufacturing quality for our customers' products and our own products.
Advantages of laser cutting:
- The perfect processing of stainless steel sheets. One single tool can cut nearly any shape at all - even complicated outlines - and can be used for engraving as well.
- The CNC-laser cuts without direct contact.
- An optimally adjusted laser produces flashless cutting edges without burring, and no reworking is necessary.
- The laser cuts accurately, at high speed and with a small kerf.
- The material at the kerf does not heat up noticeably, so the components do not warp.
